Ex-Faraday Future employees form EV start-up
The company is at the embryonic state of development.
Several former Faraday Future employees have joined forces to start a new company named Evelozcity.
The oddly-named start-up is the brainchild of Stefan Krause, the former BMW employee who either quit Faraday Future or was fired, depending on whose account you choose to believe. He was the company's financial director. Ulrich Kranz, Faraday's former technical director, is Evelozcity's co-founder. More ex-employees could join the roster in the coming months.
The company is at the embryonic state of development. The "Careers" page of its website notes it's hiring interior and exterior designers, CAD and digital modelers, UI/UX designers, and even an attorney to serve as the lead counsel in the company's formation.
The 2018 edition of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) opens its doors in Las Vegas, Nevada, in about two weeks. We could learn more about Evelozcity during the event.
