Alfa Romeo Tonale images leak ahead of official debut

The Alfa Romeo Tonale appears to have leaked ahead of schedule, previewing the production model.
Images posted on Italian car forum Autopareri show the compact crossover toned down a bit from the concept that debuted in March, keeping the unique front-end styling but with slightly taller headlights.
The rear end appears to keep the concept's full-width light bar, with three-LED arrays at each side to mesh with the headlight design.
The Tonale is expected to enter production next year and will likely represent the brand's first plug-in hybrid. Americans will probably get a chance to buy the model, which slots below the larger Stelvio, though a US launch has not been explicitly confirmed.
