Bentley celebrates centenary with $255K diamond-encrusted book

Bentley is celebrating its 100-year history with a centenary book, including a diamond-encrusted edition that carries a six-figure price tag.

Weighing around 66 pounds, the books feature plenty of pictures including a six-foot fold-out spread. The text covers nine chapters and more than 800 pages, describing Bentley's history and vision for the future.

The most exclusive book, adorned with 100 carats of diamonds and a white gold or platinum Wings badge, will be limited to just seven examples ("one for each continent," including Antarctica, apparently).

Prices start at nearly $16,000 for the Mulliner Edition and top out at $255,000 for the 100 Carat Edition.
