BMW teases 2 Series Gran Coupe
The smallest Gran Coupe will be unveiled later today.
BMW has released a final series of teaser images for the first-ever 2 Series Gran Coupe.
The forthcoming sedan will represent the smallest member of BMW's ever-growing family of Gran Coupe sedans, slotting below the 3 Series and potentially supplanting the 1 Series in certain regions.
The new model is expected to be built on BMW's front-wheel-drive architecture, with xDrive all-wheel drive as an available upgrade. The M235i will likely lead the pack with a turbocharged 2.0-liter engine, which delivers 302 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque in the M135i.
The Mercedes-Benz CLA rival is scheduled to be revealed later today ahead of the Los Angeles Auto Show.
