Ford to reveal Mustang-inspired EV on November 17
The electric crossover aims for 370 miles of range in Europe.
Ford has confirmed plans to formally unveil its Mustang-inspired electric SUV on November 17.
A teaser sketch accompanying the livestream announcement shows the crossover's silhouette. Mustang styling cues can be seen at the front end, including the hood shape and headlights.
The company's Europe press release says the EV will have a range of up to 370 miles under the WLTP standard. A recent announcement for the US market pointed to a range closer to 300 miles according to the EPA test cycle.
The crossover is also expected to come in rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configurations, with an optional smaller battery that should further reduce the base model's sticker price.
