Ford's Mustang-styled EV leaked in CAD renderings?
The body closely resembles official teasers.
Ford's Mustang-styled electric crossover may have been partially revealed ahead of schedule.
AllCarNews has posted alleged CAD screenshots of the forthcoming EV. Authenticity is unclear, though the renderings mostly match an official teaser image showing the silhouette.
If accurate, the screenshot provides a closer look at styling elements borrowed from the Mustang including the pony car's hood shape and lighting.
The EV is expected to offer at least 300 miles of range with the largest battery option. The latest rumor points to more than 400 horsepower with a rear-wheel torque bias and plenty of Ford Performance engineering.
Rumored to be labeled the Mach E, the crossover will be officially unveiled on November 17.
