Honda E appears in production form, keeps quirky styling
The tiny EV has a range of 137 miles.
The Honda E has been revealed in production guise, retaining the same unique styling as the concept.
The compact urban EV will integrate a 35.5-kWh battery, providing enough energy to drive for up to 137 miles, presumably based on a European range-estimation standard.
Buyers can choose from two power outputs, with 134 horsepower for the base model and 152 horsepower for top trims. An electric motor drives the rear wheels, accelerating to 62 mph in a modest eight seconds.
The Honda E is geared specifically for European markets such as the UK, Norway, France and Germany. The company has not indicated any plans to bring the small EV to US showrooms.
