Infiniti previews QX Inspiration concept ahead of Detroit debut

The QX Inspiration represents Infiniti's vision for high-performance electric vehicles.

Infiniti has released a few pictures of the QX Inspiration concept, scheduled to make its first public appearance in Detroit later this month.

The concept previews Infiniti's plans for high-performance electrified production vehicles, introducing a new design language and spacious interior layout.

"In the case of the QX Inspiration concept, the cabin has been hand-crafted using traditional techniques and a choice of materials inspired by a subtle Japanese sensuality," the company says. "New interior technology follows the Japanese hospitality principle of omotenashi, creating a welcoming environment while assisting drivers and connecting occupants to the world around them."

The concept will be revealed on January 14 at 11:40am.
