Kanye West drops $300K on Lamborghini Urus for manager's birthday gift

The SUV was customized in matte black.

Kanye West's extravagant gifting is back in the headlines after the rapper bought a Lamborghini Urus for former manager John Monopoly's birthday.

"The face you make when you just spent $300,000 on a gift," West wrote on his Instagram post.

The 650-horsepower SUV starts at closer to $200 but appears to have been customized with a matte black exterior.

Monopoly received the generous gift a year after West bought wife Kim Kardashian a Mercedes-Benz G550 in a striking lime green color, several years after she had bought him a Lamborghini Aventador for his 35th birthday.
