Geneva LIVE: 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque
The 2016 Evoque gets new available tech features and a modestly updated front fascia.
Land Rover has unveiled the updated 2016 Range Rover Evoque at the Geneva Motor Show.
Visually, the 2016 Evoque stands out from the outgoing model thanks to a redesigned front bumper with larger air dams, available adaptive full-LED headlights, a restyled rear spoiler and three new alloy wheel designs. Buyers can choose from two radiator grilles, an elegant-looking model with two horizontal slats and a more muscular-looking unit with mesh inserts.
The interior has been upgraded with more comfortable seats, new door panels, a redesigned instrument cluster and an eight-inch color touch screen that runs Land Rover's InControl Touch infotainment system. High-spec models can be ordered with new-for-2016 front massage seats at an extra cost.
The Evoque gains the Range Rover's All-Terrain Progress Control function that maintains a pre-determined speed in rough off-road situations. Additionally, the crossover can be ordered with Lane-Keeping Assist, Driver Drowsing Monitor and Autonomous Emergency Braking.
