Range Rover Velar SVA gets Dynamic Edition with more power
The 542-horsepower V8 launches the SUV to 62 mph in just 4.3 seconds and tops out at 170 mph.
Land Rover has revealed the Range Rover Velar SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition, serving as the performance halo of the Velar range.
The most powerful Velar is equipped with a supercharged V8 that delivers 550 horsepower and 502 pound-feet of torque, propelling the SUV to 62 mph in just 4.3 seconds. Drivers can eventually reach a top speed of 170 mph.
Engineers have also added upgraded brakes and suspension components, while tweaking the powertrain and safety intervention systems to optimize performance.
Complementing the engine and chassis enhancements, the Dynamic Edition features unique twin-stitched quilted Windsor leather available in four color combinations. Front occupants are treated to 20-way adjustable heated/cooled seats with massage functions.
The Velar SVA Dynamic Edition will sell for £86,120 (~$111,460 USD) in the UK. The company has not yet announced pricing details for other markets.
