MINI shows electric Cooper SE pulling Boeing 777

The 777F has an unladen weight of approximately 150 tons.

BMW Group has posted a teaser video showing the all-electric MINI Cooper SE towing a Boeing 777F.

Operated by Lufthansa Cargo, the airliner has an unladen weight of approximately 150 tons. The 45-second clip shows the Cooper SE slowly haul the aircraft across the tarmac.

Based on the MINI 3-door, the Cooper SE will be the brand's first all-electric model. Series production is expected to begin by November this year.

The SE will be among the first new EVs launched under BMW Group brands in the coming years.
