2017 Nissan Maxima gets new packages, slight price bump
The base price has only jumped by $50 to $33,395 (including freight).
After completely redesigning the Maxima for the 2016 model year, Nissan has slightly increased its base price and enhanced its standard features for 2017.
The entry-level Maxima S trim now fetches $33,395 (including $835 freight), an increase of just $50 over the cheapest 2016 package. At the top of the range, the Platinum has increased by just $30 to $40,825.
The 2017 lineup has received standard Apple CarPlay integration across the lineup, along with two new accessory packages.
The new Medallion upgrade, available for the Platinum edition, boasts an upgraded Premium spoiler, 18-inch allot wheels, illuminated kick plates, interior accent lighting and exterior ground lighting.
The Dynamic Package is paired with the lesser SV trim, borrowing the Medallion's spoiler, wheels and kick plate, along with side rocker molding.
Buyers can also choose the Midnight Edition, distinguished by 19-inch gloss-black wheels, a sport spoiler and a rear diffuser.
The 2017 Maxima is now available in showrooms across the country.
