Subaru Crosstrek gains more safety tech, slight price bump for 2020
The EyeSight driver-assist suite is now standard for all CVT configurations.
Subaru has made a few changes to its Crosstrek configurations and pricing for the 2020 model year.
The crossover now starts at $23,155 (including freight), up $250 from the previous base price. Opting for a CVT instead of a six-speed manual gearbox brings the entry point to $24,505, while the hybrid edition has been bumped by $150 to start at $36,155.
All CVT configurations now come standard with Subaru's EyeSight technology, auto start-stop, and SI-Drive selectable throttle modes. The safety and assistance suite features pre-collision braking and throttle management, lane-keep assist, lane departure and sway warning, and lead vehicle start alert.
All trims now include automatic door locks and automatic climate control, with rear-seat reminder available across the lineup.
The 2020 Crosstrek is due to land in showrooms later this year.
