Tesla promises to improve customer service response times

Elon Musk admits the large increase in delivery volume has led to longer response times.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has promised to address complaints of poor customer service as the Model 3 continues to roll off the assembly line in larger numbers.

"Due to a large increase in vehicle delivery volume in North America, Tesla customers may experience longer response times," the executive wrote on Twitter. "Resolving this is our top priority."

The company only recently achieved the important milestone of 5,000 units per week for Model 3 production. Ordering options were recently revised to help further streamline production, presumably aiming to help hit the next goal of consistent 6,000-unit weekly output.

Stepping up from the relatively low sales volumes of the Model S and X has brought several challenges including delivery logistics, Supercharger congestion and service delays.

My apologies, am working on this exact issue right now
