Ferrari's Fiorano: 599 GTB gets proper name

Ferrari's latest model went on display today at the Geneva Motor Show. There's not much new to report about the 620 horsepower supercar, but we did learn something new about its name. Ferrari has added "Fiorano" to the end of the nameplate, and provided an explanation of the naming scheme. Fiorano comes from the circuit Ferrari uses to hone the performance of its track and road cars; GTB as in Gran Turismo Berlinetta after the most famous Ferrari berlinettas ever built; and 599 to reflect the displacement of its V12 engine (5.99 liters).
