Audi to sell new TT as 2008 model in U.S.

Audi confirmed this week that it will sell the new TT coupe as a 2008 model in the United States. Production of the car began on Tuesday, with European availability slated for September of this year. We suspect U.S. availability will begin in early 2007 -- as previously reported -- and the decision to sell it as a 2008 model is strictly a marketing move.
