TV spots continue \"Stay Uncompromised\" theme introduced during the Super Bowl.
Audi has introduced a new ad campaign for its all-new 2015 A3 sedan, continuing the "Stay Uncompromised" theme that was introduced during the Super Bowl.
The first TV spot, called "Dues," features comedians Ricky Gervais and Kristen Schaal, celebrity chef David Chang, photojournalist Lynsey Addario, boxer Claressa Shields, street artists Cyrcle and church choir Voices of Destiny.
"The new campaign for the Audi A3 celebrates fearless individuals who refuse to compromise: whether they're entertainers, athletes or Audi engineers," said Audi of America director of marketing Loren Angelo.
In "Dues," the characters each recite lines from "We Are the Champions" by Queen. The company will add additional videos of "Uncompromised Portraits," each featuring one of the characters from the first spot.
The campaign represents the latest marketing push for the A3 sedan, which represents the smallest and least expensive Audi available in the North American market. Serving as a replacement for the A3 hatchback, the all-new model will initially be offered with a choice between a 1.8-liter four-cylinder TFSI engine with 170 horsepower and 200 lb-ft of torque, or a 2.0 liter mill with 220 pinies and 258 lb-ft of torque, while a diesel option will be added down the road.
The A3 sedan will arrive in showrooms this spring, with prices starting at $29,900.
