Fiat revives 500 1957 Edition for 2019
The package will arrive this fall and cost $995.
Fiat is bringing back the 1957 Edition trim package for its 500 city car. Last offered in 2016, the throw-back trim package will return to showrooms this fall.
Optional on the Fiat 500 Lounge model, the 1957 Edition package includes 16-inch retro-inspired wheels, heritage Fiat badging, a unique fascia, ivory door-trim panels and white exterior mirrors. Hatchback models also receive a white painted roof; convertible versions use a black soft top.
The 1957 Edition package will be available in three colors -- Celeste Blue (Retro Light Blue), Chiaro (Light Green) and Bianco Ice (White). Vehicle colors will correspond with the 500's retro wheels.
"Our Italian-designed, fun-to-drive Fiat 500 comes standard with turbocharged power,” said Steve Beahm, Head of Passenger Car Brands - Dodge, SRT, Chrysler and Fiat, FCA - North America. "The 1957 Edition offers a fun, custom appearance for the iconic Fiat 500.”
The 1957 Edition will tack on $995 to the Fiat 500 Lounge's $19,745 base MSRP.
