Mazda is brightening the holiday season for some owners of its older vehicles with the announcement of a dealer-installed infotainment upgrade that includes Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility.Mazda says the upgrade will be made available to owners of 2014 and newer vehicles equipped with the Mazda Connect infotainment system. The upgrade includes new software, along with an updated USB port that's more powerful and also quick-charge enabled.The infotainment upgrade carries a $199 MSRP that does not include installation. Mazda says the update takes about two-hours to perform. The upgrade is available now at your local Mazda dealer.
